Start of P90X


My wife and I are starting the P90X tonight and we are starting with the lean program.
Week one will consist of:

  • Core Synergistics
  • Cardio
  • Shoulder & Arms + Ab Ripper
  • Yoga X
  • Legs & Back + Ab Ripper
  • Kenpo X
  • Rest or X Stretch
